I have gotten great results from Bob at ProMotion. After suffering though shoulder pain for a couple months I decided to see Bob for a consult. His office location and hours were extremely convenient or I probably wouldn’t have gone in. This was my first visit to a physical therapist….ever, so I didn’t know what to expect. I started scheduling 2 visits a week and after two weeks was able to drop down to one time a week. I’m happy to say I’ve been gradually introducing more weights at the gym again and am able to, once again, do the types of arm. shoulder, and back motion I used to do.
