Back pain is the number one musculoskeletal condition that prevents people from doing the things they want to do. The bad news is that for some, the pain does not resolve on its own. This can have a significant impact on the person’s quality of life and ability to do the things they enjoy.
Perhaps you are finding that your back pain is limiting your ability to walk for exercise or even just walk around a store. Maybe you cannot exercise the way you want or sit very long before your back pain increases. Many people find it a challenge to sleep well because of their back pain. I know that these are very common for people with back pain, because I have experienced these things my self!

You may have even started to avoid doing the things you enjoy doing for fear of making your back worse.
